My method of teaching is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I say based on, because I will bring modifications and adjustments according to your needs. I’m aware that not everybody can practice everyday or have the will to study the whole philosophy of yoga, but I know that everybody wants to feel good, wants to be touched and to feel understood. My main focus as a teacher is to make my students feel relaxed and stronger afterwards.
I love yoga and its simplicity, I want to give some space to my students to let them explore their own understanding of this art of life. That’s my mission.
